WhatsApp or email us with your parents' travel dates (or preferred month), number of travellers, and any health conditions we should know about. We respond within 30 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 8 PM IST).

We check seat availability for your requested dates and package. We send you a detailed quote with the complete itinerary, inclusions, hotel names, and total cost. No hidden charges — GST included.
Documents & Payment
For NRI parents: passport copy (instead of Aadhaar). For pilgrims with Aadhaar: standard procedure. Payment: 30–50% advance to confirm, balance before departure. International wire transfer or international credit/debit card accepted.
Your Parents Reach Dehradun
Your parents (or family members) fly or take the train to Dehradun. Our team meets them at Jolly Grant Airport or Dehradun Railway Station on Day 1. From here, we take over completely.
We Handle Everything — You Get Updates
For the next 6 days, our ground team manages every detail. You receive WhatsApp photo updates at key moments — darshan photos, helicopter moments, temple arrivals. Your parents are in safe, professional hands throughout.
Safe Return to Dehradun
Day 6, our team drops your parents at Dehradun airport or station. Char Dham Yatra complete. We send you a final update — your parents have fulfilled their lifelong yatra wish.
Payment Options for NRIs
We accept all major international payment methods. No complications.
International Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
Most common method for NRIs. We provide our bank details (IFSC, SWIFT code, account number). Transfer from any bank worldwide. Confirmation within 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
International Credit / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted. We send you a secure payment link. Instant confirmation. Applicable international transaction charges may apply by your card issuer.
NRE/NRO Account (UPI / NEFT)
If you maintain an NRE or NRO account with an Indian bank, standard UPI or NEFT transfer is the simplest option — same as a domestic transfer, no SWIFT fees.
International Remittance (Wise, Western Union)
We can accommodate payment via Wise (TransferWise) or similar remittance services. Please discuss this option with our team at the time of booking for current instructions.

Documents Required for NRI Bookings
For NRI Pilgrims (travelling themselves)
- Valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date)
- Visa / OCI card (if applicable)
- No Aadhaar required — passport substitutes for Uttarakhand portal registration
- Emergency contact details (family member in India or abroad)
We handle the Uttarakhand government tourism portal registration on your behalf using your passport details. No additional effort needed from you.
For Parents Travelling in India (NRI booking for Indian resident parents)
- Aadhaar card (original + photocopy) — for Indian resident pilgrims
- Any relevant medical documents (heart patients: ECG + fitness certificate)
- Emergency contact: your WhatsApp number abroad
- Travel insurance recommended (especially medical evacuation coverage)
Your parents simply bring their Aadhaar and medications. We handle all registration, permits, and documentation on their behalf.
