The Argument
A small & precise proposition.
That the pilgrim, properly addressed, will choose to walk slowly. That the local steward, given a fair share of the takings, will hold the gates of the sacred place. That the festival, given a small grant and the right counsel, will end the season with no waste, no landfill, and a full village treasury.
We name the community gathered around this argument the Sustainable Cultural Ambassadors. The first year is given freely to those who join us before the formal opening. Thereafter membership is paid, and the founding rate is honoured for life.

Ambassador Certification Track
Foundations, Management, Field Training, Certification. A four-phase course for guides, homestay hosts, and community leaders. Closes with hosting a real heritage event under assessment.

Zero-Waste Heritage Festivals
Solar processions, compostable prasad vessels, segregation built for high-altitude terrain, direct contracts with municipal waste-management. Measured in tonnes diverted and carbon per attendee.

Knowledge Exchange Portal
Downloadable event kits, eco-guidelines for visitors, monthly addresses by global pilgrimage scholars, and a directory matching mindful travellers to verified local stewards.
