Flights included
Ladakh Fixed Departures 2026
Six departures where the return airfare is already in the price. You start at Delhi, Mumbai or Ahmedabad and the quote runs airport to airport, so there is no separate flight booking, no watching fares climb as your dates approach, and no gap to cover if a schedule shifts. Two itineraries are offered - a five-night trip covering Leh, Nubra and Pangong, and a six-night version that adds Turtuk near the old frontier. Both run on daily flights through the season.

What exactly does "flights included" cover?
Return economy airfare between your departure city and Leh, on the daily service operating through the season, quoted inside the per-person package price. Airport transfers at the Leh end are included as they are on every package. Getting to your departure-city airport is your own arrangement.
Can I change the name on a ticket after booking?
Yes, up to three days before departure, and a charge of ₹1,500 per name applies. Later than that the ticket cannot be transferred. Give us exact names as they appear on photo identification at the time of booking to avoid this entirely.
Which departure cities are available?
Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Each itinerary is priced separately per city, because the airfare differs. If you want to depart from somewhere else, take one of the fly-in packages and book your own flights into Leh.
How high is Ladakh, and will the altitude be a problem?
Leh sits at roughly 3,500 m and the itineraries cross Khardung La at 18,390 ft and Chang La at 5,486 m. Altitude affects most first-time visitors to some degree. Every one of our itineraries builds in a full rest day on arrival in Leh before any sightseeing, and that day is not optional - skipping it is the single most common cause of a ruined trip. Oxygen cylinders are available through the tour (₹800 to ₹1,000 per day plus ₹200 per mask). Anyone with a heart or lung condition should speak to their doctor before booking.
Do I need a permit for Nubra, Pangong or Hanle?
Yes. Inner Line Permits are required for Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Hanle and Turtuk. We arrange them as part of the package - you need to carry original photo identification. Foreign nationals of certain countries require a Protected Area Permit that must be applied for well in advance, so tell us your nationality at the time of booking rather than on arrival. A Ladakh Ecological Development Fee is also payable.
Why does the price change with group size?
Because the vehicle is the largest single cost and it is shared. Two people pay for a whole Scorpio or Innova between them; twelve people split a Tempo Traveller. That is why the per-person price falls steadily from 2 pax to 12 pax on every price table. There is one step where it rises slightly - between 6 and 8 people - because that is the point where the group moves up from an Innova to a Tempo Traveller and the larger vehicle resets the per-head cost.
